Gobble Gobble ...

We celebrated our first Thanksgiving in our new house. Very exciting times. So, exciting it has taken us nearly a month to write about.

Denise's Dad spent the holiday with us. We ate. Look at the Bird. ( No - the one on the counter.) We drank. I'm sure there was not doubt about that. We watched football. The Eagles and the Giants pushed this season - so, bragging rights default to the previous year where my G-men were victorious. Never once were we worried we would end burning the place down. We will probably need a new oven/range unit eventually though. There's quite a bit for us to be thankful for this year despite everything on in the world around us. Even today, Denise successfully completed her first semester in her Physical Therapy program at Widener. Our little Grad Student is growing up so fast.

Thanksgiving was a success and we look for to many more in our new home, but hopefully with updated counter tops, some new appliances, a new floor, and some assorted other updates. Oh and don't get me start about the back yard or the bathrooms. We'll save that for another day.
